The Alpine Northwest by Charley Harper (American, 1922–2007)

Charley Harper (1922–2007) has delighted art and animal lovers with his engaging paintings for more than sixty years. His distinctive use of simple shapes, geometric patterns, and vivid colors—a style he defined as “minimal realism”—succinctly captured the essence of each creature he portrayed. Harper’s posters have been published by more than fifty nature- and conservation-oriented organizations. The Alpine Northwest is one of ten posters he was commissioned to create for the National Park Service. The bald eagle and other plants and animals are inhabitants of Olympic, Mount Rainier, and North Cascades National Parks.

Thoughtfully conceived and engagingly intricate, our 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzles combine superb color reproduction, stunning and unusual images, and sturdy construction to delight generations of novice and veteran puzzleworkers.

Puzzle size: 20 x 25 in.
Box size: 10 x 13 x 1⅞ in.
WARNING: Choking hazard—small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years.
